Getting started
I didn't receive my login code
Check your spam or junk folder first. Login code emails occasionally land there. If it's not there, wait 60 seconds and request a new code from the login screen. Still nothing? Email us at jamesmartin604@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Reach, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so as long as you're signed into the same Apple ID it will restore automatically.
Managing your subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime directly through Apple. On your iPhone: open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Reach → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancelling.
I was charged but I don't have access
Tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings inside the app. If that doesn't resolve it, email jamesmartin604@gmail.com with your Apple ID email and we'll investigate immediately.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access free. We'll send a reminder before your trial ends. If you cancel before day 14, you won't be charged anything.
Using the app
How do I reset my sober date?
Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Reset Sober Date." You'll be asked to confirm before anything changes.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Your account and sober date are backed up to your Reach account. Reinstall the app, log in with the same email, and everything will be restored.
Can I use Reach offline?
Yes. The craving toolkit works fully offline, so you don't need an internet connection when it matters most.
Important
Reach is not a substitute for medical treatment. It is a companion tool to support your goals. If you are experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms or are in a medical emergency, seek help immediately.
